The salesperson basically lied to me, and they shipped me a computer with the wrong components.. I then called the sales guy on it, and he basically said "tough luck"... I called customer service numerous times, and was transferred to people throughout India and central america, many of whom I couldnt even understand. One woman told me she would call me back, then hung up. She never called back, and never returned my numerous messages.
DO NOT BUY DELL...THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!
