How much of a discount do actual Dell employees on laptops?

I have a friend who works for Dell who was unsure what his discount is on Dell laptops. He said he thought there were certain models that were marked down especially for Dell employees or you could buy any other model at a discount. Does anyone know how this works and what the discount is?





I am not talking about the Dell EPP where certain companies get a 7% discount for their employees.|||I wouldn't buy a dell dicount or not.
