I had a Dell inspiron laptop for my birthday and it seems to not work.I clicked on the Internet explorer and it says it cannot get to your webpage.I saw this Dell upgrade but I do not know what my activation code is in order to go next.I have no idea to fix a laptop cuz I never had one.
