How do you install Windows 7 from the Dell recovery disc?

I upgraded my Dell to Windows 7 from Vista and need to reinstall 7. I have the Windows 7 files on my internal recovery disc. How do I boot the setup from the internal disc? It automatically boots from the main partition.|||The best thing is calling Dell Support, they are very nice and they will help you, if you computer have warranty.|||NO way
