I have a Dell Inspiron Windows 7 Laptop and i want to get it back to factory settings. I have the "drivers and utilities" disk but when i put it in, nothing happens. http://en.kioskea.net/faq/7319-dell-insp鈥?/a>|||I think the newer Inspiron's have recovery partitions, not cds. Reboot and press F8 a lot, pick "Repair Computer" or something like that and follow the prompts.
