How to access your camera on a dell laptop?

I have an Inspiron1546 Dell laptop that I just recently purchased a couple months ago. It has a camera, but I dont know how to use it or open it. There used to be a bar that would pop up at the top of my screen whenever I logged on, but it doesnt come up anymore and I cant open my camera. The camera still works, I just dont know how to access it, or use it. Can you help me?|||go to the settings for camera, or use an app that uses the camera, like aim video chatting|||open up the start thing at the bottom there will be a search bar type in "webcam" and you can access it!
