How do I get my dell monitor replaced?

I got my Dell monitor about 4 months ago and all of a sudden it is going bad like flickering and everything, even had an IT person look at it and verify it should be replaced. I live in the United States, and am wondering what the fastest way of communicating with Dell would be regarding this monitor. I believe it has the 3 year warranty still too.|||The fastest way to get your monitor repaired/replaced through Dell's warranty is to contact Dell's technical support at 866-876-3355.

They will need the service tag and serial numbers off of your Dell equipment and process everything right there on the phone.

Best of luck.|||There is a Dell representative on this site. Go back to the main Computers and Internet Menu and look for a blue icon on the left hand pane that says "Featured Dell Representative." Leave a message for him. He is not there all the time, however.

The other way, of course, is to get on the Dell site and write a letter to their customer service or support technicans and ask for an RMA - have your model and serial number and proof of purchase. They probably will have a form to send to you to fill out along with an RMA number and instructions for returning the unit to them for repair or replacement.
