Has anyone experienced a dell dimension e310 have an orange light on the motherboard and not power up?

This dell has no power to the computer at all. At first, I thought it might be the power supply, then the control panel, and then the motherboard. I changed each of these parts out and none of them changed the orange light display. Has anyone experienced the same type of problem? Please advise.|||Please be more specific about the "Orange" light. Are you talking about an LED near the CMOS battery? Where on the mobo is this "Orange" light?|||i don't know about that specific machine but if you try to turn it on after unplugging it from the wall and back in, and the PSU and/or CPU fans jump a little, it's probably a bad motherboard. if you have spare memory or more than 1 stick in your machine you can do a ram dance...if you have two sticks, take out one and boot it, then take it out and put in the other and boot it...if it boots with one stick and not the other, that's ur problem. if it boots with neither, it's the motherboard or maybe (but it's less likely) the cpu.
