How to reboot my dell computers and laptop?

OK. So I have 2 dell computers and I don't know how to reboot it. And my dell laptop keeps saying I need the disk for a clean up or something, and i need to know how to reboot it because it wont let me access the welcome menu.|||Click on the "start" menu - then click on "turn off computer". I hope you are not serious.

You don't need access to the welcome menu, you need access to the start menu. Might I suggest you sell the computer and start playing checkers?|||click start SHUT DOWN and then just turn it back on

to delete old files click "control panel - system and maintenance - performance - open disk cleanup and that should fix the disk clean up and you can also go to tools on your webbrower and click delete browsing history|||Hi. If you mean reset to factory settings (you would lose all of your data) then as soon as the first screen appears, press and hold %26lt;Ctrl%26gt; and F11. Follow the instruction.|||wow, it wont let you access start menu. That's pretty bad. You can try to use this shortcut

%windir%\System32\Shutdown.exe -s -t

just save that as new shortcut|||Start -%26gt; Restart

or hold down the power button for about 3 seconds, then turn the power on again!|||control alt delete--hold the buttons down 2 times
