How can you get Dell to send new parts instead of refurbished?

Dell Techs have come out 3 times in last 6 days and computer is still not working. They keep using refurbished parts and refuse to send new ones in order to get me back up and running. Any advice to get them to send new parts?|||It is hard to believe that refurbished part would fail 3 times in a row. Refurbished parts go through the EXACT same tests that new parts do. I just think that you think refurbished means less than quality of new. Just tell them to take the refurbished stickers off the parts so you will never know|||In general, you can't. Warranty work doesn't specify new parts in the contract.





If they are replacing the SAME part 3x in a row, then they aren't working on the right part.
