What happens if i ship my dell monitor to a foreign country?

I own a dell monitor that i am looking to sell through amazon. I already have a potential buyer from Germany that is willing to buy it. The only problem i have with shipping the monitor to Germany is how Dell says that you are not suppose to ship their products to different countries. What would happen if i did ship it to them?|||Uh, it would end up in Germany?|||umm....well i guess it's their problem not urs|||most other country's use diffrent outlet voltages so youd probly fry it
